1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior agreement.
2. Peace and Respect for Neighbours
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted.
- Please respect the natural environment and the local community.
3. Wellness: Saunas, Jacuzzi, and Hot Tub
- Use of the wellness area is possible only with prior reservation.
- Access is permitted only to persons aged 16 and above.
- Bringing glass, food, or alcohol into the wellness area is not allowed.
- After use, please close the covers and switch off the equipment.
4. Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited indoors.
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or outside while using an ashtray.
- Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of €150.
5. Pets
- Pets are welcome.
- Guests are responsible for cleanliness and any damage caused by pets.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
6. Kitchen and Cleanliness
- Please leave the kitchen tidy after use.
- Dishes must be washed before departure.
- Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
7. Damage and Liability
- Guests must immediately inform the host of any damage or malfunction.
- Major damage will be charged according to the actual repair costs.
8. Parking
- Parking is free of charge and intended exclusively for guests.
- Parking is at your own risk.
9. Safety
When leaving the apartment, please:
- lock the doors
- switch off the lights
- close the windows
- The use of open flames indoors is not permitted.
10. Number of Guests
- The apartment may accommodate only the number of guests stated in the reservation.
- Visitors are not allowed without prior agreement.
11. Use of the Garden and Fire Pit
- The fire pit may only be used in suitable weather conditions.
- After use, the fire must be completely extinguished.
12. General Terms
- By making a reservation, guests confirm that they agree to the house rules.
- Violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.
